How do you calculate what your mortgage payment will be the interest rates?
Okay. Right now I have a 1130 mortgage payment (not including my property tax) at a 2% prime.
I want to know what I would have to pay if I went for a 3 or 4% fixed. Im in canada and the prime will stay till mid june supposivly so Im looking to get fixed.
